Hi everyone, Im leanna and I’m the person behind Mission Misfit Designs.

Im a fashion design student at the University of Delaware. I love creating and making new things. I love making and creating and want to share the things I make with the world. I Design for all people who feel like they don’t fit in or belong in society. I design for everyone I design clothing that breaks boxes and crosses between normal and weird, between what we know as trendy and trends that died out years ago. I design for the person that gets teased for being different, I design for the people who feel like they don’t belong. For the people who walk in the mall and walk out discouraged and empty handed because nothing they saw felt like them. I design for fashion to be self expression for everyone, not just those that fit in to what society says is popular. I grew up creating clothes for my American Girl Dolls out of random fabric, my old clothes, ducttape and tissue paper and anything else I could get my hands on. I took my clothes and alterted them to make them feel like me even from a young age.
